Christine is a pupil in the Conveyancing, Real Estate, Banking and Finance Department of the firm. Her training and responsibilities include preparing and registering various instruments such as: transfers of land, leases, Power of Attorney, Caveats, Cautions and Easements.
Additionally, she is gaining experience in preparing and perfecting bank security documentation including; Charges, Debentures, Security Rights Agreements, Deeds of Guarantees & Indemnity and Discharges.
