Overview
Our real estate, banking and finance team is progressive, efficient and dynamic. Our priority is always to give strategic and practical advice to make transactions and our clients’ work simpler.
In banking and finance our team has considerable experience working with both borrowers and lenders. We not only advise clients on traditional finance tools like secured debt but also assist clients with their corporate lending, asset, construction, trade, project and even Islamic financing.
Our spectrum of real estate services includes acquisitions, amalgamations, due diligence, joint ventures, leases (commercial and retail), regulatory consents and sub-divisions. Our clients include large real estate developers, prominent corporates and private investors.
In addition, our team has an in-depth understanding of various registries including all land registries. We also have extensive experience working with property-related government departments.
