Dyrus is a pupil in our firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property Departments.
He assists the team in filing and maintaining of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, utility models, plant varieties and copyright. His training also extends to filing and prosecution of IP rights in both regional and international registration systems such as the Madrid system, ARIPO and OAPI.
He also assists in conducting research on commercial aspects of IP such as IP licensing and transfers, franchising and general advisory on IP rights.
Within the Corporate and Commercial team, he is gaining experience in the preparation of legal opinions on business set-up as well as the review of commercial contracts.
