The National Land Commission published in the Kenya Gazette Volume CXX Number 134 issued on 2nd November, 2018 a notice of intention to acquire various parcels of land situated in Nairobi on behalf of Kenya Urban Roads Authority. Please find here Gazette Notice Number 11302 of 2018 detailing the list of the parcels of land to be affected.
The affected persons are advised to inspect the plans for the affected parcels of land during office hours at the offices of the Commission at Ardhi House, 3rd Floor.
The Commission will after at least thirty (30) days of publishing this notice to acquire land appoint a date for inquiry to hear proprietorship issues and claims for compensation by persons interested in the land. This notice shall be published in the Kenya Gazette at least fifteen (15) days before the inquiry and a copy of such notice served on every interested party.
