  • PGDip in Law, Kenya School of Law.

Setian is an Associate in our Conveyancing, Real Estate, Banking and Finance team.

She assists in the preparation and registration of different instruments such as transfers of land, leases, movable property securities, power of attorney documents, caveats, cautions, easements, tenancy agreements as well as research.

Additionally, she assists in the preparation, review and perfection of bank security documentation such as charges, debentures, chattel mortgages, deeds of guarantees & indemnity and discharges.

Setian has also been involved in drafting county bills, policies and contracts for the Kiambu County Government.
