Jedidah is a Senior Associate in both our Commercial & Corporate and Intellectual Property teams.
In Intellectual Property, her experience includes the filing and maintenance of various IP rights including trademarks, copyrights and patents, anti-counterfeiting investigations and raids as well as the prosecution of contentious IP matters in Kenya and Rwanda. She has also been trained in the international filing of patents via the e-PCT system.
Within our Commercial and Corporate team, she is involved in among others, the drafting and reviewing of various commercial agreements, the provision of advisory services in various matters including data protection, licensing, franchising, consumer protection, commercial due diligence, governance and company secretarial.
She has also been involved in the drafting and reviewing of various policies and legislation in relation to anti-counterfeiting, local and international trade procedures and intellectual property.
She is currently pursuing accreditation as a Certified Secretary.
