As a Senior Associate in our Conveyancing, Real Estate, Banking and Finance team, Emma assists both governmental and nongovernmental organisations in a wide range of matters. These mostly include  due diligence, contract negotiation, drafting and reviewing of documents for transactions such as transfers of land, land use planning, property taxes, commercial leases, change of user, amalgamations and subdivisions.

Property matters aside, Emma also works on banking & project finance matters. She has particular experience insecuritisation,  syndicated loan structuring, succession, estate planning, perfection of securities, legislative and regulatory advisory matters.

A marked career achievement is her work with the National Legal Aid and Awareness Programme (a government initiative, collaborating with civil society to create awareness and provide legal aid and access to justice for the underprivileged).
