We are proud to have been involved in a significant settlement of a dispute between Jiji Africa Online Limited (Jiji.co.ke) and Havells India Limited and QRG Enterprises Limited (‘Havells’) proprietors of the Havells electrical products. The settlement disposed a suit filed by Havells seeking to restrict Jiji and two vendors from dealing in any products bearing marks which are identical to the Havells trade marks.
