Overview

Our dispute resolution practice provides both litigation and ADR support. The team has been involved in several high-profile disputes involving corporate, government and private clients.

Our team is meticulous, skillful and prompt when dealing with contentious issues. Efficiency and practical advice are some of their other hallmarks.

The team has considerable experience prosecuting, defending, negotiating and settling  disputes from a wide range including; intellectual property, employment and labour relations, commercial disputes, real estate, banking, debt recovery, constitutional issues, environment matters, elections, retirement disputes, tax, estate planning and succession, public procurement, and co-operative societies.

Apart from representing our clients at the Court of Appeal, High Court and Magistrates Courts, we regularly represent clients in various tribunals such as the Public Procurement Review Board, Customs and Excise Appeals Tribunal, Environment Tribunal, Industrial Property Tribunal, Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, Retirement Benefits Tribunal and Co-operative Tribunal.

Our membership in Advoc, one of the world’s largest law firm networks (with over 92 firms in over 73 countries plus 5,500 lawyers) means our capabilities to give multinational businesses seamless cross-border disputes support is almost unparalleled.
