Moreen Mwangi

Moreen is currently undertaking her pupillage at the firm as part of the Advocate’s Training Programme (Bar Qualification Requirement). 

She is currently attached to the Conveyancing, Real Estate and Banking Department where she assists in drafting and reviewing documents for transactions such as transfers of land, leases, change of user and subdivisions.

She has previously worked in a tax consultancy firm where she gained expertise in tax compliance procedures, corporate restructuring, EAC tax regimes and transfer pricing. She has also participated in several local and international moot competitions while at the University of Nairobi and at the Kenya School of Law.

Moreen also assists in legal drafting and research in corporate and commercial law, conveyancing and IP law.

Academic qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Law, (LL.B), University of Nairobi.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
