Maurine Dommy

Maurine is currently undertaking her pupillage at the firm as part of the Advocate’s Training Programme (Bar Qualification Requirement).

Maurine is attached to the Commercial and Corporate Law docket and the Intellectual Property Law Department where she has gained expertise in relation to intellectual property matters which extends to contentious aspects of filing and maintenance of trade marks, patents, industrial designs, utility models and copyright.

Maurine is also involved in legal research especially the preparation of legal opinions and submissions. She is also involved in general commercial and corporate law matters including business setup and compliance, review of commercial contracts, attending to restructuring of shareholding for companies, incorporation of local companies.
